Audience: Academic researchers, postdocs, early biotech/start-up founders. Focus: The fundamentals of translating a scientific discovery into a startup or clinical program. Content: Covers regulatory basics, quality frameworks, intellectual property considerations, startup models, and early funding sources (SBIR/STTR). Format: Half-day workshop, interactive exercises, cohort style. Full 4-session workshop: Covers fundamentals of biotech commercialization, IND readiness, and grant/investor alignment. Designed for groups of 5-15 participants. Participants walk away with a pitch ready deck.
