The trouble with "Human error" as a root cause

A professor once told me:

“Don’t blame the person. Blame the process.”

That has stuck with me my entire career.

Because blame culture doesn’t solve problems.

It hides them.

It shames the people who are trying their best with what they’ve been given.

📌 Real change happens when we ask:

What system allowed this to happen and how do we fix it?

That’s why I founded F2i Partners.

I saw a gap that could hurt people.

So I chose to build the solution.

I’ve been on production floors where operators were blamed for errors they were never trained to prevent.

I’ve been in conference rooms where companies celebrated innovation…

while neglecting the systems and human capability required to make it real.

I’ve left meetings thinking:

“We say quality matters… but we don’t invest in the people who deliver it.”

So I asked myself:

💡 What if we built a place where science meets execution?

Where commercial readiness is the plan and not the afterthought?

Where emerging biotech communities have access to GMP careers and not barriers to them?

That’s what I’m building.

F2i — From Ivory to Industry™

✨ The bridge I wish all innovators had

✨ The support I know others need

✨ The proof that talent can rise from anywhere -- even the places big pharma overlooks

I’m still learning.

I’m still building.

But every day I am reminded:

When we invest in improving systems...

we invest in people, patients, and progress. 💙
